VIRGINIA PURGE IS WELL UNDER WAY
Early in the week the Virginia Legislature passed a bill that would eliminate a holiday celebrating Lee-Jackson Day and replaced it with a November “Election Day” as a state holiday.
The bill SB 601 was first introduced by State Senator Louise Lucas and passed in the Senate in January, with a vote of 22 to 18. Then the bill passed in the Virginia House, with a vote of 55 to 42, according to the Virginia Legislative Information System.
Later in the week, largely along party lines, the Democrat-led House and Senate passed measures that would give cities and counties the autonomy to “remove, relocate, contextualize, cover or alter” their Confederate monuments.
IN RESPONSE
Birmingham, Alabama Mayor Randall Woodfin has issued a ststement attacking his State’s monument protection law and asking the legislature to pass “law” in Alabama similar to what was passed in Virginia.
CALIFORNIA STUDENTS ATTACKED BY SCHOOL DISTRICT
A social media post from last week shows students from Riverside’s Unified’s Martin Luther King High School posing with a Confederate Flag. The administration was quick to condemn the students issuing a youtube video stating their action, “doesn’t fit with the school district’s values,” a senior official said.
In the photo, eight teenagers — some smiling — pose with a Confederate Flag standing in front of a Trump 2020 banner.
According to the California Department of Education. Thirty-eight percent of the school’s 3,071 students identify as white, 35.9% identify as Hispanic or Latino and Asian and African-American students are each listed at 8.3%.
The school has created an Equity Committee where staff and students are developing programs and events to improve “racial harmony and respect” on campus, organizing Synergy Days to “help participants recognize and respect each other’s differences but also value and appreciate all of our similarities,” and created a Multi-Cultural Council Leadership Class.
All this to respond to the actions of 8 students, who compose less than a half a percentage point of enrollment, and whose action and post took place OFF campus.
Say goodbye to free speech everyone!” one parent responded.
PO-PO BUST UP FLORIDA PROTEST
A few black Lake County residents complained to reporters that they were kicked out of a meeting last week as they were protesting the installation of the Confederate statue being removed from the Capitol statuary and moved to the Lake County Historical Museum.
The protestors told reporters that police forced them to leave a meeting of the Lake County Historical Society as they were holding signs that said “No confederate monument.”
“(They) told me I either had to put the poster away or leave,” one protestor said, a 69-year-old woman was also physically removed from the meeting by police. Bob Grenier was talking about the tourism benefits to having the statue and she yelled out, “Who’s coming the Klan?”
The protesters, who claim to be members of the Historical Society, now claim that their memberships have been stripped away because of the protest. They are now working with the ACLU to fight that.
The museum curator, Bob Grenier, has no comment.
ALSO DETERMINED
One of the concerns in moving the statue to the museum, which is in the building of the Lake County Courthouse, is that the statue may be too heavy for the old Lake County Courthouse?
County officials reported that engineers have determined the floors inside the old courthouse can handle the 8,400-pound statue.
As to how to get the statue into the upper level museum, engineers plan to go through one of the windows in order to get it inside.
They relocation will cost around $23,000, which Mr. Grenier has agreed to fund personally.

Orange Country Superior Court Judge Allen Baddour, who signed off on the $2.5 million agreement between the Sons of Confederate Veterans and the University of North Carolina, nullified the settlement reached late last year, now ruling that the SCV had no legal standing to bring its initial lawsuit against the university over ownership of the Silent Sam statue.
CONFEDERATE BAT CAVE
An abandoned fortification along the Mississippi River is facing another occupying force after 155 years — this time involving bats.
Multiple species have taken over the shadowy bowels of historic Fort Wright, built in 1861, according to biologists with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
As unnerving as that sounds, the spooky part is that they’re all crammed into the fort’s crumbling explosives warehouse, known as a magazine, the agency said in a Facebook post.
IN A RARE CASE WHERE WHERE PROSECUTION IS SOUGHT
Jeremy Ordaz, 41, of Bella Vista and Laura Hammarstrom, 45, of Bentonville were each charged with felony criminal mischief relating back to an incident in the Bentonville square on September 22nd.
According to affidavits, on the night of the 22nd police responded to an unusual crowd gathering around the Confederate statue late at night where they subsequently found a damaged statue and Laura Hammarstrom standing near the statue. Hammarstrom told police that she was trying to tear down the statue as she works on the square and has to see the statue every day. Police were then told that Jeremy Ordaz climbed the statue and broke the Confederate soldier’s rifle with a hammer.
Both Ordaz and Hammarstrom pled “not guilty” this week. Their trials are pending.
The estimated damage to the statue will take anywhere from $12,000 to $16,000 to repair. Bentonville Parks and Recreation Director David Wright says that the statue has not been repaired at this time.

NON-HERITAGE NEWS AFFECTING THE SOUTHLAND:
A band of herpes-ridden monkeys are roaming across northeastern Florida after escaping from a state park in Ocala.
The rhesus macaques were living at the Silver Springs State Park but the creatures, native to south and southeast Asia, escaped the area and have since been spotted in Jacksonville, St. Johns, St. Augustine, Palatka, Welaka, and Elkton, Florida.
While the monkeys tend to keep to themselves, over a quarter of the 300 feral creatures counted at Silver Spring State Park carried Herpes B, according to a 2018 survey by National Geographic.
While it’s extremely rare for herpes B to spread from monkey to human, when it does it can be fatal.
The rhesus macaques were first introduced to Silver Springs State Park in the late 1930s when a tour boat operator named Colonel Tooey released 12 of the furry animals onto a man-made island as a tourist attraction. The Monkey population was encouraged because several Tarzan movies were filmed on the island. But the creatures ended up swimming away from that man-made island and proliferated at an alarming rate. By the 1980s there were nearly 400 macaques reported.
While most are still confined to the park and forests along the Ocklawaha River, many monkeys are now showing up in residential areas. The monkeys also present a major threat to the local ecosystem, and experts say the creatures could be potentially dangerous. Dr. Steve Johnson said. “A big male like the one in that video in Jacksonville — that’s an extremely strong, potentially dangerous animal”
Since 2012 there has been no active management of the monkey population.

Democratic leaders have edged toward the brink of open war with each other in recent days after a series of jarring setbacks that could jeopardize the party’s chances against President Donald Trump, who continues to solidify his position in the Republican party.
The Democrat infighting focuses largely on the failed caucus process in Iowa, with state and national Democratic leaders at odds over who deserves blame, as well as an increasingly bitter dispute over the rules governing who gets into future nationally televised candidate debates – a process that could allow billionaire Mike Bloomberg to make the stage later this month.
Joe Biden, who many Democrats hoped would unify the party and pose the greatest threat to Trump, posted a disappointing finish in Iowa and has been attacking his fellow-Democrats for not supporting him. The result, he just blew New Hampshire.

SEEKING NEW IMPEACHMENT ARTICLES?
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is asking that every agency inspector general investigate retaliation against whistleblowers who report presidential misconduct, after the firing of Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman from the National Security Council.
Schumer’s letters to 74 inspectors general, which was sent Monday, comes after Vindman, a star witness in the House impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, was removed from his position at the White House on Friday, along with his twin, Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, an ethics lawyer at the NSC. Both brothers are active-duty Army officers and were reassigned to the Pentagon.
Gordon Sondland, ambassador to the European Union and another key witness, was also recalled from his post.
In his letter to Acting Inspector General Glenn Fine at the Defense Department, Schumer described the NSC firings as “part of a dangerous, growing pattern of retaliation against those who report wrongdoing only to find themselves targeted by the President and subject to his wrath and vindictiveness.”
IMPEACHING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL?
Senate Democrats have called on Attorney General William Barr to resign or face impeachment because Barr had intervened in the case against Roger Stone.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, Democrat, told NBC News that he believes Barr has “no choice” but to resign. “He’s acting simply as a henchman of the president,” Blumenthal said.
Just an FYI, the President IS the country’s TOP law enforcement official. He has the Constitutional authority to “intervene” in ANY criminal court case, i.e. “prosecution” that he wishes since ALL the prosecutors work for him and at his pleasure. The President can also order the number 2 law enforcement official, the Attorney General, to do the same.

FRENCH REVOLUTION COMES TO OLD DOMINION

Those who know anything about the French Revolution will realize it was a product of the Illuminati, of Illuminist thinking. Those that promoted it hated the Christian Church and anything they felt smacked of the Christian faith. This was the reason they tried to destroy anything they felt reflected Christian institutions in any way, shape or form.
They did away with the Christian calendar and started over with the year zero, as if all that had ever existed originated with them. They revolted against legitimate government. Whether you liked the government in France or not made no difference. They wanted all legitimate government abolished, as that was the only way to try to legitimize the nightmare they loosed upon France. They gave us the guillotine, an instrument of death many of them met their end with in sort of a display of poetic justice. By the time the Illuminists got through with their reign of terror in France, the country was ready for a Napoleon and it got one. France has never been the same since, has never recovered from the French Revolution. It lives with the results until this day–the same way this country lives with the results of the War of Northern Aggression. That war was our “French Revolution” and we have never recovered from it.
That being the case, I guess it is no real surprise that Red Ralph Northam and his socialist cohorts in Richmond want to give the Old Dominion an encore. Sort of let folks in the land of Patrick Henry know what they are missing if they don’t want to go along with Red Ralph’s agenda for them and their children!
It seems like Red Ralph and his friends want a redux of what happened in France in the late 1780s because they seem to be trying to play the same game now in Virginia–getting rid of all the old laws they don’t like and replacing them with laws they consider part of a future socialist “heaven”–or hell, depending on your outlook. Here is a small sample of their socialist menu.
An article on www.13newsnow.com for January 28, 2020 noted that there is a new bill in the legislature that will remove citizenship requirements to get a driver’s license in Virginia. House Bill 1211 and Senate Bill 643 will let anyone get a driver’s license that can make their way to the local vehicle registration office. If you are an illegal immigrant, no big deal. Step up and claim your driver’s license anyway. I wonder if legal residents in Virginia still have to show some kind of ID. If so, then this law discriminated against legitimate state citizens. But, hey, no problem. The new gun control edicts all discriminate against legitimate state citizens and Red Ralph thinks that’s just fine.
Another article, this one on www.wavy.com noted this week that: “Virginia’s House of Delegates passed seven gun control bills Thursday, less than two weeks after more than 20,000 people swarmed Capitol Square to rally in support of gun rights…Many of the bills that advanced on Thursday have already passed in the Senate. After years of failed efforts to tighten gun laws, approval in the House would be a significant step but not the end of the road for these bills.” So they have been trying to push gun control in Virginia for a long time and it wouldn’t fly until they got a socialist legislature there. With socialists in control of state government it’s the new “in” thing.
But don’t think all the fun stops there.
According to www.conservativereview.com “While Virginia lawmakers are on the cusp of unconstitutionally criminalizing law-abiding gun owners for exercising ironclad individual rights, they are working on legislation to release potentially thousands of the most violent criminals from prison, including rapists and murderers who use guns to harm or kill people. ‘Lock up the guns and release the violent gun felons.’” I have said in the past that most of the political class really want to strip honest citizens of the right to defend themselves and they don’t care a flip about what the crooks, murderers and other such people do. While the politicians are afraid of us honest folk, them hesitate not to embrace the criminals. Birds of a feather I guess.
And then there was this little goodie on www.whsv.com for January 23 which stated: “The Virginia House has approved legislation to undo Republican-backed restrictions on abortion. Delegates voted 52-45, not quite on party lies… The bill, which is part of Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam’s legislative agenda would also roll back the requirement that an abortion be provided by a physician, allowing nurse practitioners and physician assistants to perform them…With a newly empowered Democratic majority at the Virginia General Assembly, abortion-rights advocates say the state has a chance to roll back decades of restrictions and become a ‘safe haven’ for women in neighboring conservative states.” In other words, if you live in a state that frowns on you killing your unborn (or recently born) baby, just come to Virginia and they will gladly kill your baby for you.
Then, to top it all off, there was this Washington Post article for January 29th. The author, Patricia Sullivan, noted “Virginia Attorney General Mark R. Herring said Wednesday that now is the worst time in recent memory for anti-Semitism, hate speech and white supremacy in the United States and urged residents to step up and oppose it.” For folks in the know it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out where this one is going. Speak up for your history, heritage, and culture and you are automatically a “white supremacist.” So you white folks had better sit down and shut up or we are coming for you. Got that?
You can see, with all this crap, that, in the Old Dominion, Red Ralph and his good socialist buddies plan on turning the clock back to the year zero and starting from scratch with an agenda guaranteed to make your lives miserable. The good folks in Virginia need to find ways to stand up and oppose this drivel and at least give Red Ralph a run for his (your) money.

Whatever our disagreements, we all share the illumination from the blessed Holy Spirit to the hellish doctrines of so-called Christian Zionism, otherwise known as Prophetic Dispensationalism.
We rightly understand that the faux State of Israel created in 1948 has blinded and beguiled the vast majority of evangelicals and has taken control of our political, educational, media, entertainment and military establishments to the point that our country stands on the precipice of national disaster.
We also understand that the fascination and intoxication with faux Israel would not be taking place if not for the mass acceptance by pastors, teachers, college professors and televangelists of the false doctrines of Darby and Scofield.
We need a Second Reformation and a Third Great Awakening. We need an awakening to the deception and dangers of Christian Zionism—a term we all understand to be the quintessential oxymoron.
Our disagreements regarding the literalness, allegories, timing and placement of the characters and events of the Book of Revelation pale next to our agreement regarding the finished work of Christ on the Cross, the establishment of the New Covenant, the blessed promise of salvation through Christ alone by faith alone and that Christ has both fulfilled and abolished Jewish law and has broken down the wall between Savior and sinner—between Jew and Gentile.
We stand shoulder to shoulder against the attempts of Christian Zionists to split the singular Body of Christ, comprised of Jew and Gentile (“the Israel of God”) under one Head, the Lord Jesus Christ, into a freakish two-headed, two-bodied Jewish and Gentile monster.
We all understand the significance and prophetic fulfillment of the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD. We all understand that Christ fulfilled the promises given to Abraham and David. We all understand that the only Jerusalem for New Covenant believers is a Heavenly One.
Christian Zionism—or Israel-based Dispensationalism—has taken our country to the precipice of global war and domestic tyranny. It has divided the Church, obfuscated the truth, enslaved the mind and given false hope to millions.
I believe God has already begun calling a remnant out of the false gospel of Christian Zionism. I’m seeing people by the thousands repudiating Israel-based prophecy doctrines. I truly believe this is the beginning of that Third Great Awakening our country so desperately needs.
I call on Preterists, Full and Partial, I call on Postmillennialists, Amillennialists, Reformed and Premillennial Historicists to agreeably disagree on the nuances of prophecy and understand that none of us is the enemy of Christ.
I call on each of us to unite our hearts and our prayers in working together to help the masses of Christians and unchurched alike, whom God is already moving with His Spirit, and in exposing the fallacies of Christian Zionism—complete with its racial divisions, hatred and warmongering—and in tenderness and boldness bring the wanderers home: home to Peace, home to Love, home to God.

I would hope that Mayor Holness of Broward County, Florida would table the proposal to change the name of Dixie Highway.
In speaking with a member of his staff, I would express to her my wish that he not support this action for the reason that so many decent people recognize as the continuous efforts toward Southern social and cultural genocide.
The same thing was done during the so called period of reconstruction; utilizing black folks as the weapon of choice to legitimize this false narrative with their talking points of the worldwide economic institution of slavery used to divide Southern blacks and Southern whites that was totally rejected by black Civil Rights organizations like the Pole Bearers, and Knights Monumental Associations as they began to see the light just like Fredrick Douglas finally did.
I grew up in the Jim Crow era, attended schools both Primary to High School, and we sang Dixie every morning, recited the Lord’s Prayer, and the Pledge of Allegiance.
During this Month so deemed Black History Month, we should be looking back to the place of honor that was earned by the likes of Ms. Minerva Morgan, Aid de Camp to the Honorable General John Hunt Morgan, and who was with him when he was assassinated by the Yankee army in Greenville, Tennessee.
And never to forget some of Florida’s finest Black Confederate soldiers ……. “Dr. Alexander Darnes, Aid de Camp of the Honorable General Kirby Smith, and the first Black Doctor in the City of Jacksonville, Florida”, Anthony Welters, Musician in the Confederate Army, Christopher Columbus Quarls, a Black Confederate soldier who became famous for his sea bearing accomplishments, and on and on we could go.
I would also tell the Mayor’s staff member that I had read his bio, and was very proud of his work that in a lot of ways mirrored my own. And, I can only reiterate that he not get caught up in the works that are now being used to separate black folks from their Southern white family. I hope that a copy of this correspondence reaches his desk.
