Greg Johnson, an American and Editor of the nationalist publication Counter-Currents was arrested in Norway where he was scheduled to give a speech at what Norwegian press reports are calling a “right-wing political conference.”
As best as we can tell, Johnson was not charged with an actual crime in Norway where “authorities” are expediting his extradition to the United States, another country where he is NOT being charged with a crime.
As best we can tell this is an effort by Norway, and possibly also the United States, to silence yet another nationalist voice.
VIRGINIA VANDALS STRIKE AGAIN
We reported of Oct. 14 damage to the pair of Confederate statues in downtown Charlottesville. Now Charlottesville Police are investigating damage done overnight, from October 29 into October 30, to statues of Robert E. Lee and “Stonewall” Jackson.
Meanwhile, attorneys in the civil case met in Charlottesville Circuit Court for a closed hearing Wednesday, October 30. A city attorney said Judge Richard Moore delayed his decision on how much money to award the plaintiffs in attorney fees.
MEANWHILE DOWN IN NORTH CAROLINA
Police arrested two men Saturday afternoon when they got into what was described as “a physical altercation” during another weekend of protests supporting and opposing the Confederate statue outside the Chatham County courthouse.
Saturday’s demonstration was peaceful until shortly after 1 p.m. when the two men had their altercation on Sanford Road, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Calvin James Megginson, 29, of Pittsboro and Timothy James Osborn, 24, of Carrboro were charged with “inciting a riot and affray,” the release stated. Both men made written promises to appear Nov. 13 in Chatham County District Court, according to the release.
NEW JERSEY TOWNSHIP ALL WORKED UP
“Rebel flags,” coupled with material in support of President Donald Trump, has the Middle Township near Atlantic City rethinking its policies for the popular Old Tyme Harvest Festival.
Vendors at last week’s festival sold both “Confederate” and pro-Trump merchandise without incident but Township officials are in a tiff over it and want to change the rules so that neither can be sold at future events.
It appears that at least some of the Township’s politicians are far more upset over the Trump merchandise than the Confederate.

METH 2.0
Primarily imported from Mexico by major drug traffickers, “meth 2.0” is stronger, cheaper and far more plentiful than the old home-cooked variety. And with historic levels of funding from the federal government focused exclusively on fighting opioid addiction, states and counties are scrambling to find resources to combat this most recent drug plague.
READ HER LIPS
Responding to pressure from her Democratic rivals, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren has released a plan detailing how she will fund her Medicare for All health care proposal if elected president in 2020. Warren said that her proposal “won’t raise taxes one penny on middle-class families.” Yeah, and Obama told us we could keep our doctors. George Bush told us, “NO NEW TAXES” too!
FORMERS ACTIVE ON CAPITOL HILL
A group of people from across the country who formerly identified as gay and transgender have descended upon Washington this week to share their stories and lobby against two proposed LGBTQ-rights bills.
The group is made up of members of Church United and Changed, two California-based organizations that seek to provide community for, and protect the rights of, “formers,” individuals who formerly identified as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.
The bills the group is lobbying against are H.R. 5, better known as the Equality Act, and H.R. 3570, or the Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act. Both have been supported by the country’s major LGBTQ advocacy organizations.
The Equality Act, if passed, would update federal civil rights legislation to ban discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, housing, public accommodations, jury service, education and federal programs. The Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act would classify conversion therapy — a medically debunked practice of trying to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity — in exchange for monetary compensation as a fraudulent practice.
When asked what their lobbying efforts against these bills would entail, Elizabeth Woning, co-founder of Changed, said the group plans to “share our experiences and bring awareness to the fact that we exist.”
ALSO ON THE HILL
A sharply divided House approves the rules for its impeachment inquiry of President Trump. The near party-line 232-196 roll call was the chamber’s first formal vote on a process that’s likely to take months, possibly stretching into the 2020 election year.
I was in the air watching CNN on the little seat-back screen as the news was unfolding. CNN made much ado about how not a single Republican voted for impeachment. What they FAILED to report was that there were Democrats who voted AGAINST their leadership on it.

The pastor said:
“Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats can’t put down the Impeachment match. They know they couldn’t beat him in 2016 against Hillary Clinton, and they’re increasingly aware of the fact that they won’t win against him in 2020, and Impeachment is the only tool they have to get rid of Donald J. Trump–And the Democrats don’t care if they burn down and destroy this nation in the process. I have never seen the Evangelical Christians more angry over any issue than this attempt to illegitimately remove this President from office, overturn the 2016 election and negate the votes of millions of Evangelicals in the process. They know that the only Impeachable offense that President Trump has committed was beating Hillary Clinton in 2016. That’s the unpardonable sin for which the Democrats will never forgive him. If the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office (which they never will be) It will cause a Civil War like fracture in this nation from which our country will never heal.”
That’s a pretty good statement for an Evangelical pastor. Many of them do not show that much discernment. As far as tearing the country down, the Demoncrats couldn’t care less. They are perfectly willing to do that and more–if it will satisfy their masters in the bowels of the Deep State. Most of the Demoncrats are nothing but political shills for the Deep State anyway.
As far as Evangelical Christians getting angry if Trump is removed from office, I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens there. It has been my experience over the decades that Evangelicals seldom get angry over things they should get ticked about but don’t bother. I hope this pastor is right about this, but if it doesn’t turn out quite like he thinks it will, I won’t be surprised.
I guess I shouldn’t have to mention that, if they do impeach Trump, the country as we know it will be gone forever, or at least as far into the future as we can see.
The Demoncrats want to tear down America for a mess of socialist, one-world, pottage. Do they care about ordinary folks and what all this will do to us? Don’t make me laugh!
The New World Order beckons these apostate Demoncrats and they can’t wait to drag us into it kicking and screaming. In fact, they look forward to that–and to our destruction. Anyone who still thinks you can reason with them is a candidate for the rubber room.
Those people have to be resisted by every legal and lawful means possible.
CONTINUED PROPAGANDA REGARDING THE “WAR ON TERROR”
Dr. Chuck Baldwin is a pastor in Montana. Additionally, he is a syndicated columnist and the radio host of the daily show Chuck Baldwin Live.
In 2004 he ran for Vice-President of the United States. In 2008 and 2012 he ran for President. All three times he was nominated by the Constitution Party. In the late 1970’s – 1980’s he was a leader in the Moral Majority.
In typical carnival barker fashion, Donald Trump was all over the media bragging on himself for the supposed killing of so-called ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. But as with virtually everything else pertaining to America’s phony “war on terror,” this is just continued propaganda. This is Donald Trump’s attempt to upstage Barack Obama’s “killing” of Osama bin Laden.
Tony Cartalucci writes:
As with most every claim the Western media or the US military makes without any sort of evidence, this most recent story cannot or shouldn’t be trusted, especially when there’s little to nothing that can be verified about it.
Timing is Everything
The supposed military operation – unfolding just miles from the Syrian-Turkish border – comes at a time when the prospects of America’s proxy war in Syria have reached all-time lows.
First – US proxy forces jointly armed and aided by Turkey as well as other US allies – have been all but eliminated from the battlefield with their remnants residing in Idlib, increasingly encircled by Syrian forces.
Attempts by the US to intervene in Syria directly to oversee the overthrow of the government in Damascus was also thwarted by Russia’s military intervention beginning in 2015.
US forces have most recently retreated from the Syrian-Turkish border in Syria’s northeast, setting the stage for a joint Russian-Turkish agreement that appears poised to see the disarmament of Kurdish militants or their possible integration into Syria’s security forces. The deal also aims at fully restoring Syria’s territorial integrity – fully derailing Washington’s secondary plans to “Balkanize” Syria.
The Russian-Turkish deal comes at a time when US-Turkish relations are particularly shaky, with Ankara realigning itself within a Middle East emerging out from under decades of US hegemony.
Despite alleged ISIS leader al Baghdadi lurking about Syria and Iraq throughout the duration of Syria’s war – why has the US with all its vast resources only now been able to “find” and “eliminate” him? The timing and location couldn’t have been better for the US if the entire incident was staged.
And regardless of whether the US staged the operation or not – the truth about who truly created and directed ISIS throughout the duration of the Syrian war – resigns al Baghdadi’s death ultimately as theater.
The US Created ISIS to Begin With…
The US has admittedly spent billions of dollars arming militants throughout the duration of the Syrian war.
Articles like Foreign Policy’s “ The Pentagon Is Spending $2 Billion Running Soviet-Era Guns to Syrian Rebels” or the New York Times’ “ C.I.A. Arms for Syrian Rebels Supplied Black Market, Officials Say” in headlines alone indicate the extensive nature of US efforts to arm militants fighting against the Syrian government from 2011 onward.
If the US and its allies were providing billions in weapons, equipment, and other forms of support to militants claimed to be “moderates,” who was providing even more weapons, equipment, and other forms of support allowing extremist organizations like ISIS to rise to prominence and even supposedly displace or lure over US-backed militants?
The answer is simple – the US – as it has in all of its other wars of aggression – simply lied. There were never any “moderate” militants. The US deliberately misled the public about the nature of its proxy war in Syria. From the beginning – in fact long before the beginning of the Syrian war – the US was knowingly funneling aid into the hands of extremists with ties to groups like Al Qaeda and its various affiliates.
Far from mere speculation, it was the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) itself in a 2012 leaked memo that admitted, “the West, Gulf monarchies, and Turkey” were behind the rise of what at the time was being called a “Salafist principality.”
Thus – at best – a US military operation eliminating the figurehead of ISIS is more akin to liquating one’s own assets rather than any sort of “victory.” Much more likely still – is that the operation is mere theater – with the US seeking relevance and leverage amid the conflict it itself engineered, triggered, and deliberately perpetuated – but now finds itself being evicted from.
While the world waits for evidence – if any evidence even emerges – analysts and interested parties alike would benefit more from looking at how the US plans to leverage and move onward from this supposed “raid” rather than obsessing over the supposed details of it.
One may hope the US uses it as a spectacular finale before fully withdrawing from Syria – including from its oilfields – and allowing the nation and its people to finally and fully restore order while undertaking the long process of reconstruction.
The proximity to Turkey’s border and recent rhetoric coming out of Washington suggests it may be leveraged to prolong the conflict further.
RT.com rightly reports:
This was an episode that called for restraint, as it is not the first time the death of Al Baghdadi has been announced, only to be later proven wrong. The Guardian had him paralyzed with a severe spinal injury after an airstrike in April 2015, Syrian state TV reported him dead in June 2017, Iranian TV said he was “definitely dead” and the Russians claimed as much again, all in the same month.
In July 2017 he was pronounced dead once more, then alive and then, to clear the matter up, a year later, he emerged from obscurity with a new propaganda video.
And, as in the case with the “killing” of bin Laden, Baghdadi’s body was BURIED AT SEA, thus eliminating the potential of an independent examination of the body. In addition, several published Middle Eastern reports (ignored by the western media, of course) have said that Baghdadi was actually a high-level Israeli Mossad operative who—like bin Laden—died several years before his supposed assassination. If true, indications are that Baghdadi likely passed away peacefully in an Israeli hospital with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sitting affectionately by his side.
What can be said with absolute certainty is that U.S. troops did NOT kill Osama bin Laden. They may have killed one of his numerous “look-alikes,” but bin Laden had succumbed to kidney failure years before the faked assassination.
Back before Alex Jones became a toady for Donald Trump and Israel, Infowars.com published a cogent analysis of the bin Laden propaganda show:
Merely a week after President Obama announced the death of Osama Bin Laden, there is literally a deluge of evidence that clearly indicates the whole episode has been manufactured for political gain and to return Americans to a state of post-9/11 intellectual castration so that they can be easily manipulated in the run up to the 2012 election. The Bin Laden fable is a contrived hoax.
Before last Sunday’s raid, every intelligence analyst, geopolitical commentator or head of state worth their salt was on record as stating that Osama Bin Laden was already dead, and that he probably died many years ago, from veteran CIA officer Robert Baer, to former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, to former FBI head of counterterrorism Dale Watson. In addition, back in 2002, Alex Jones was told directly by two separate high level sources that Bin Laden was already dead and that his death would be announced at the most politically opportune moment. Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under five different Presidents, serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Nixon, Ford and Carter, told the Alex Jones Show last week that Bin Laden died of marfan syndrome shortly after he was visited by CIA physicians at the American Hospital in Dubai in July 2001.
Whether U.S. forces truly killed Baghdadi is anybody’s guess. But there is no guessing about the fact that Infowars’ assessment that Obama used the theatrics of a bin Laden assassination as a means to advance his re-election efforts of 2012 could be said word-for-word about Donald Trump and Baghdadi. Here is the quote again: “Merely a week after President Obama [President Trump] announced the death of Osama Bin Laden [Baghdadi], there is literally a deluge of evidence that clearly indicates the whole episode has been manufactured for political gain and to return Americans to a state of post-9/11 intellectual castration so that they can be easily manipulated in the run up to the 2012 [2020] election.”
Again, “the whole episode has been manufactured for political gain and to return Americans to a state of post-9/11 intellectual castration so that they can be easily manipulated in the run up to the [2020] election.” YES, INDEED!
And Trump’s showmanship over the Baghdadi “killing” demonstrates, once again, the deep-seated character of Donald Trump to manipulate and fabricate virtually everything for his own personal self-aggrandizement. From a scriptural/Christian perspective, Donald Trump is the total and complete OPPOSITE of everything the Holy Spirit of God would place into the heart and soul of a man. Trump is the personification of lust, greed, arrogance, conceit, haughtiness, pride and self-exaltation. Yet Christians continue to hold this reprobate in high esteem. I’ve never seen anything like it. And I will never understand it.
The other thing this episode shows is the way America’s political leaders (from BOTH political parties) continue to use the phony “war on terror” not only for political gain but also for the purpose of propaganda against the American people.
Without a doubt, the “killing” of Baghdadi is being used to resurrect ISIS terrorists in the region and will “require” the U.S. military to beef up its “war on terror.” Donald Trump is NOT reducing the U.S. military effort in the Middle East; he is escalating it exponentially—not to mention unconstitutionally.
The Guardian reports:
The US military has started reinforcing its positions around oil fields in eastern Syria, saying the new deployments are part of its continuing counter-terrorist mission after the killing of the Islamic State leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
General Mark Milley, the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, said on Monday that US forces would remain in Tanf along the Iraqi border, and more were being sent to the oil fields operated by the US energy corporation ConocoPhillips around Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria.
Video footage from the region showed US military convoys re-entering Syria, days after Donald Trump had ordered them out in advance of a Turkish invasion. The change of mind reportedly came after Pentagon officials persuaded the president that it was essential to protect east Syrian oil resources.
“Keep the oil, I’ve always said that. We’ve secured the oil,” Trump told a police chiefs’ conference on Monday. The president has said that his aim would be to secure a US share of Syrian oil revenues, which is potentially a war crime.
What authority does Donald Trump have to seize the oil fields of an independent sovereign nation? What would America do if Russia or China tried to seize the U.S. oil fields near Houston and Galveston, Texas? What authority does Trump have to green light an invasion of Syria by Turkey? Talk about impeachable offenses: There they are.
And as was pointed out at the beginning of this column, ISIS and al-Qaeda are the direct creations of America’s CIA, Israel’s Mossad and Saudi Arabia. Osama bin Laden, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran—or any other Muslim entity—had absolutely NOTHING to do with the 9/11 attacks.
The research that has been done into the 9/11 attacks by professional independent investigators has undisputedly proven that everything the government and mainstream media have told us about those attacks is a complete falsehood. Christopher Bollyn is one of those researchers.
Bollyn’s book The War On Terror: The Plot To Rule The Middle East should be the first book you read to start learning the truth about 9/11.
Whether Baghdadi is dead or not is irrelevant. This entire episode is about Donald Trump following the pattern laid down by his predecessors G.W. Bush and Barack Obama to use the “war on terror” as a launching pad for his re-election campaign.
Oh! As an aside, here is something else Christian conservatives will choose to ignore:
The amount of money the federal government collected in individual income taxes and the total amount of money the federal government spent both set records in fiscal 2019, according to the Monthly Treasury Statement released Friday afternoon. ( Source)
Yes, Donald Trump has now replaced Barack Obama as “The King of Debt.” I really don’t know why I bother to mention it. No one cares about it.
Without a doubt, duplicitous, conniving, power-mad presidents will continue to use 9/11 and the “war on terror” to manipulate the American people into voting for them under the guise of “national security.” The truth is, the entire storyline of 9/11 and the “war on terror” is a BIG, FAT LIE.
The “war on terror” is nothing more than a giant hoax that allows the U.S. military to kill people on behalf of Israel; it perpetuates the myth that we need “homeland security” in the form of a burgeoning police state; and it creates a contrived platform from which unscrupulous politicians can manipulate voters into keeping them in power under the phony rubric that they are “protecting” America.
Will the American people EVER wake up to this charade? It doesn’t look like it.
A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE OF SLAVERY – Part 5 of 10
Mike Scruggs is the author of The Un-Civil War: Shattering the Historical Myths , and Lessons from the Vietnam War: Truths the Media Never Told You.
As a nationally syndicated newspaper columnist he has written and published over 600 articles on military history, national security, immigration, current political affairs, Islam, and the Middle East.
On February 4, 1863, the famous abolitionist attorney and orator, Wendell Phillips, made this remarkable declaration from the pulpit of Henry Ward Beecher’s huge Plymouth Church in Brooklyn: “I do not believe there will be any peace until 347,000 men of the South are either hanged or exiled.”
The crowd cheered. Rev. Henry Ward Beecher, the brother of Harriet Beecher Stowe, author of the abolitionist novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin, was himself one of the most famous abolitionists and sought-after speakers in America. Henry Beecher was also known for raising money to send Sharps rifles to abolitionists fighting in Kansas and Nebraska—known as “Beecher’s Bibles.”
After the War, Beecher endorsed the theories of Charles Darwin as compatible with Christianity. Both Wendell Phillips and Henry Ward Beecher were admirers of the murderous Bible-quoting abolitionist fanatic John Brown. Rev. H. D. King once talked with Brown about his religious beliefs, which Brown summarized as “anti-slavery” rather than Christian.
On April 22, 1863, ninety-five Southern pastors representing all the principal Protestant denominations signed and published “An Appeal of Southern clergymen to Christians throughout the world.” It was initially published in Richmond but also appeared in other periodicals in the South, England, and Scotland, including the Edinburgh Review. Here is a slightly abbreviated portion of this document:
“We are aware that in respect to the moral aspects of the question of slavery, we differ from those who conceive of emancipation as a measure of benevolence, and on that account we suffer much reproach which we are conscious of not deserving.”
“With all the facts of the system of slavery before us, as eye witnesses and ministers of the word— we may surely claim respect for our opinions and statements.”
“Most of us have grown up from childhood among the slaves; all of us have preached to and taught them the word of life; have administered to them the ordinances of the Christian Church; sincerely love them as souls for whom Christ died; we go among them freely and know them in health and sickness, in labor and rest, from infancy to old age.
We are familiar with their physical and moral condition, and alive to all their interests, and we testify in the sight of God, that the relation of master and slave among us, however we may deplore abuses in this, as in other relations of mankind, is not incompatible with our holy Christianity, and that the presence of the African in our land is an occasion of gratitude on their behalf, before God; seeing that thereby Divine Providence has brought them where missionaries of the Cross may freely proclaim to them the word of salvation, and the work is not interrupted by agitating fanaticism.
The South has done more than any people on earth for the Christianization of the African race. The condition of slaves here is not wretched, as Northern fictions would have men believe, but prosperous and happy, and would have been yet more so but for the mistaken zeal of abolitionists. Can emancipation obtain for them a better portion? The practicable plan for benefiting the African race must be the providential plan—the scriptural plan. We adopt that plan in the South, and while the State should seek by wholesome legislation to regard the interests of master and slave, we as ministers would preach the word to both as we are commanded of God. This war has not benefited the slaves…”
“We regard abolitionism as an interference with the plans of Divine Providence. It has not the sign of the Lord’s blessing. It is a fanaticism which puts forth no good fruit; instead of blessing, it has brought forth cursing; instead of love, hatred; instead of life, death—bitterness and sorrow and pain and infidelity and moral degeneracy follow its labors We remember how the Apostle [Paul] has taught the minister of Jesus [Timothy, Bishop of Ephesus] upon this subject, saying [1 Timothy 6:1-5], ‘Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and his doctrine not be blasphemed.
And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort. If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, heresies, disputing of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness; from such withdraw thyself’ This is what we teach.”
It is important for our understanding of the slavery issue to understand the extremely important Christian doctrine of Providence. A whole Chapter of the Westminster Confession of 1646 is devoted to it, but I offer a few brief modern quotes for the readers’ understanding.
“God’s providence is the unceasing activity of the Creator whereby, in overflowing bounty and goodwill, He upholds His creatures in ordered existence, guides, and governs all events, circumstances, and free acts of angels and men, and directs everything to its appointed goal, for His own glory.”—J. I. Packer
“Nothing is too large or small to escape God’s governing hand. The spider building its web in the corner and Napoleon marching his army across Europe are both under God’s control.”—Jerry Bridges
“As God’s rule is incomprehensible, so is it invincible. His throne is not moved. He breaks through all resistance, and makes the universe servant to the coming of his kingdom. The rule of God is the gladness of his people.”—G. C. Berkouwer
“God is the cause of causes.”—Christopher Nesse
Earlier, in the 16th century, John Calvin had summarized the comprehensive and proactive character of God’s rule: “There is no such thing as fortune or chance.”
The huge differences between the Providential view of slavery and the radical abolitionist view of slavery were in timing and the use of violence. The radical abolitionists wanted immediate emancipation of all slaves regardless of the consequences to slaves, masters, or the impact on society. Moreover, they believed initiating aggressive violence was justified to achieve their goal. They were characterized by violence and a lack of moral and practical wisdom. Rejecting the wisdom of Scripture, they had exalted the wisdom of their own imaginations and were carried away with delusions and false doctrines.
Ephesians 4:11-15
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
The Providential view of slavery was also held by Northern clergy who also stood fast for the Authority of Scripture. The Irish-born Episcopal Bishop of Vermont, J. H. Hopkins, was for the eventual abolition of slavery, which he believed would come by gradual, just, and kindly means and persuasion through divine Providence. He rejected “ultra-abolitionism” because it was contrary and hostile to Scripture, divine authority, the Church, the best interests of the slaves themselves, and the safety and prosperity of the country. He considered the wild unscriptural heresy that slaveholders and masters were per se guilty of sin and deserving of rejection, violence, and punishment utterly abhorrent to the principles of Christianity and the Constitution. He thus defended the appeal of Southern pastors for understanding, knowing that the way of truth is not a path to popularity.
Until Next Week,
