An Open Letter & Open Report
Dear Ms. Lunelle,
Needless to say as I stood awaiting young Ms. Diamone Mays who on this day would graduate with Honor; I knew that the roses in hand was not enough to stop her from asking me about the condition of the Confederate soldiers monument on the Buncombe County Courthouse grounds.
Sure enough, before accepting the roses, she asked me if she would be a college graduate before the monument would be out of disarray ? I shall try when time avails it to get the monument done. God bless you.
