SLRC’s Lyons to explain "Confederate/Southern American census designation on Fox Radio Monday night
The Southern Legal Resource Center’s Chief Trial Counsel, Kirk D. Lyons, will outline the “Confederate/Southern American census initiative in a phone interview on Fox Radio News Monday night (March 29) at 11:06 p.m.
Lyons will be interviewed by Alan Colmes, former co-host of the Hannity & Colmes TV show and a noted liberal commentator. “I know what Daniel must have felt like going in the lions’ den,” Lyons commented.  “I’m sure Mr. Colmes is sharpening his claws.  Nevertheless, Daniel made out okay,  so I’ll hope we can do likewise.”
The SLRC has suggested the “Confederate/Southern American designation as a means of blunting discrimination and maligning of Southerners, whom it has called “the last remaining ethnic group in America that can be attacked and ridiculed with impunity, in an age that supposedly prizes diversity.”
