4/16/2011 President’s Street Station:
As you may have heard, uniformed Confederate reenactors have been banned from the 11:00 a.m. Baltimore City sponsored "Procession" from Fells Point to Camden Yard.
However, all uniformed Confederates are welcomed to the 8:30 a.m. Friends of President Street Station Parade from Thames Street to the President Street Station. Let’s have the largest Confederate turn out possible for the Friends of President Street Station Parade . They have always welcomed us. This is officially a commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the attack of Northern forces upon the South in Baltimore. Come one and all for the 1st historical commemoration event of the Sesquicentennial of the War Between the States.
Formation at 8:00 A.M. at the foot of Broadway in Fell’s Point and help save President Street Station. All Marchers: Union & Confederate will Form Up at 8:00AM in front of Recreation Pier – Homicide TV Location Site on Thames St on Saturday April 16th.
