All Marchers: Union & Confederate will Form Up at 8:00AM in front of Recreation Pier – Homicide TV Location Site on Thames St on Saturday April 16th.  The Parade will Step Off from Fells Point at 8:30AM.  The April 19th First Blood / Maryland My Maryland Ceremony will begin at President Street Station at 9:00AM .
