Dear Brethren (hundreds bcc herein),

PLEASE read the contents herein & below as it is a HISTORY lesson that you have never or ever will be exposed to in the American ‘classroom’.  As you can see, and unlike a Federal whose ‘custom’ it is too SLAM THE DOOR in your face, we Confederates go OUT OF OUR WAY TO EXPLAIN in detail our position.  We present our position based upon FACT & HISTORICAL ACCORD & NOT on heresy & hear-say designed to keep you polarized & segregated from your Freedom and Independence.  Yet our enemies, who have now ‘invaded’ you just as they did too us long ago, continuously & constantly attempt to portray us as a bunch of incoherent yahoo’s or rebels incapable of any worthwhile thought.

Now why do y’all suppose that is ???

Do you still believe that—  in light of what we continue to present you with?  When have you ever seen anything remotely COMPARABLE to that which we send you other than what you have become accustomed to such as some of their lofty political phrases like— ‘Hope & Change’?  Do you still believe what THEY (Federals) have told you about us or, hopefully, are you finally beginning to see and hear OUR side of the story that they have withheld from you?

These many communiqués you have been receiving are the result of those Confederates who have replied to one Leon Puissegur’s column regarding myself & we Confederates in general.  He posted his original comments in ‘reply’ to my communiqué entitled  "Pass & Review"  that was posted on the North Carolina Partisan Rangers ‘site’ noted above.  Unlike Mr. Puissegur who has displayed a constant habit of belittling us and attempting to portray our endeavors as narrow-minded and ‘yahooish’ with fancy words and empty diatribe intended to polarize and alienate,  we Confederates reply NOT in the same, BUT with FACTS that underscore the merit of our position.

The North Carolina Partisan Rangers is a Member of our Confederate Alliance of Independent Organizations.  And unlike our enemy’s who would NOT give us the time of day if our lives depended on it, we Confederates nevertheless, will continue to post even ‘their comments’ as we do NOT hide from anyone.  I would invite YOU to contact the North Carolina Partisan Rangers and ask that your e-mail address be put on their list so y’all can begin to receive their posts.

Communications and information sharing between us is essential. It is part of the development of OUR Confederate Communications Network that serves OUR Confederate Alliance of Independent Organizations.
I sincerely HOPE & PRAY that y’all are beginning to see & understand the Dynamics of that which has been in play,  & that which we have been working on ‘behind the scenes’ for SOME time.  The inter-action of ALL organizations who have joined the Confederate Alliance has proved immeasurable and has created the basis for the Confederate juggernaut that is underway.

There have been many like Mr. Puissegur who would have you believe that we are an incompetent lot with delusional thoughts accompanied by a starry eyed imagination.  NOTHING could be further from the truth as evidenced by the substance and contents of those replies to him, as that herein, which clearly suggest otherwise.  We are NO different than those Confederates of yesteryear who died fighting for a Justified Cause that this Federal Government, over time has portrayed and demonized in order to save their sorry backsides at the expense of yours and this country overall.

If you believe the likes of Lee, Jackson, Stuart, Forrest, Davis, Madison, Henry, Jefferson and countless other Patriots were delusional with eccentric imaginations, THEN WE PLEAD GUILTY AS CHARGED, because we are NO DIFFERENT THAN THEY.

That folks is the bottom line as History has once again re-asserted itself, as it had too be, as the plague that was released upon an un-suspecting Nation more than 150 years ago has come full circle for ALL to see
once and for all.

Thanks to our Confederate Brother from Tennessee, James Everett, for this fine piece of rebuttal !

Mr. Maus,

I do enjoy your "FICTIONAL" account of the Confederacy coming to rise again. I call it fiction not to be mean, but because that is just what it is.

I must once again ask, just where are those who are now on retirement supposed to go? Where are the disabled Veterans supposed to go? Where are the people on Disability supposed to go? Where is the money for the Confederacy going to come from? Where will the seat of this "New" government be? How are the elections to be done? How is the Confederacy going to raise money? How is the Confederacy going to classify the people? How are people going to make a living? Where are the companies going to come from? You just present one idea, and that one brings more questions to bear then I could ever list here.

Your idea would be great if it were not JUST an idea, if it were at all possible, it would be great. But when all is said and done, you ONLY state that the Confederacy is a nation. That would be fine and dandy if it were just that simple, but you never seem to answer any questions as to where will the Confederacy get its money to start from, who is going to support the Confederacy and once again the list of questions go on and on and yet you seem only to state that the Confederacy is still a nation, yet you fail to show anything that is clear and concise as to how it is going to function or how it will become just what you state it is.

I guess that those who legitimately depend upon the "Federal" government will have to leave the South because the Confederacy does not yet have any plans for them!

I am sorry, but your idea of the Confederacy coming into its own once again sound like that of a mad man, not that of a person whom knows what goes on outside his door each day.

While it is true that the United States faces a hard row to hoe, it can be done, but with people such as yourself sitting on the sidelines yelling for others to do something while they look at something that has no way or means to come about, it would not take a rocket scientist to figure out that you and others are barking up the proverbial wrong tree!

The United States is not lost, the Confederacy for all intents and purpose is, bthe people of the United States can revive the Constitutional ideas that made this nation great and that brought the Confederacy into being.ut  We as a people need to elect the proper people into office whom will honor the Constitution as it is. This is what the Confederacy was about anyway, to honor the Constitution so to ensure we elect people that honor the Constitution, we will also be honoring the Confederacy, because it was all the Confederacy wanted anyway, to HONOR the Constitution.

Mr. Puissegur,

You say " We as a people need to elect the proper people into office whom will honor the Constitution as it is."

"The Constitution as it is" is not the same system of government that the founders established. What you propose  " We as a people need to elect the proper people into office whom will honor the constitution as it is." Will never bring about what the Founders constitutional system was intended to do, I wonder, Mr Puissegur, if you know what the Founders system was meant to do ?  You can find that intent in, The Articles of Confederation Article III. "The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretense whatever".

Notice here Mr. Puissegur,  That the Sovereign States through this agreement entered into a LEAGUE OF FRIENDSHIP WITH EACH OTHER, FOR THEIR COMMON DEFENSE AND THE SECURITY OF THEIR LIBERTIES. A league of friendship is not BY FORCE !!!!  You also said that the people could revive the "Constitutional ideas that made this nation great."  Could you please show me where the Constitution says anything about establishing a Nation ?

Further Mr. Puissegur, You question, Where is the money for the Confederacy going to come from? That money will come from each State and the industry of a FREE people !  Once the Foreign occupation ends and your Puppet representatives vacate each of our State Houses, then Sir, our rightfully elected Confederate representatives will take their RIGHTFUL seats, and do just what our citizens give it the power to do, and nothing more. Our markets and our citizens will provide revenue for our Confederate governments to function.
Mr. Puissegur, How have those  States held captive by the former Communist Soviet Union managed to function since their people managed to be lifted of their yoke of tyranny ?  Your idea of   "We as a people need to elect the proper people into office whom will honor the Constitution as it is " WILL NEVER HAPPEN !!  Its the same old tired worn out mantra.

Mr.  Puissegur, here is how the Founders system was intended to function….. "To the States, respectively, or to the people" have been reserved "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the States."

Each State is a complete sovereignty within the sphere of its reserved powers. The Government of the Union, acting within the sphere of its delegated authority, is also a complete sovereignty. While the General Government should abstain from the exercise of authority not clearly delegated to it, the States should be equally careful that in the maintenance of their rights they do not overstep the limits of powers reserved to them." …..James K Polk.

Under the " Constitution as is " The States are no longer a part of the Equation that brings about the founders system, the 17th amendment made sure of that as the final nail in the coffin of  the States, which by the way are now nothing more than provinces under the dominion of a single Federal sovereign Empire.

Mr Madison said concerning the purpose of the senate during the Constitutional debates Federalist # 62 that the senate was to be  " an instrument for preserving that residuary sovereignty " of the States. He also said in # 62 "Another advantage accruing from this ingredient in the constitution of the Senate is, the additional impediment it must prove against improper acts of legislation. No law or resolution can now be passed without the concurrence, first, of a majority of the people, and then, of a majority of the States." " The necessity of a senate is not less indicated by the propensity of all single and numerous assemblies to yield to the impulse of sudden and violent passions, and to be seduced by factious leaders into intemperate and pernicious resolutions."

Mr Madison also said of the senate in # 62 "It is recommended by the double advantage of favoring a select appointment, and of giving to the State governments such an agency in the formation of the federal government as must secure the authority of the former, and may form a convenient link between the two systems.".

In short Mr. Puissegur, The Senate was the voice of the States and a check against Federal Tyranny under the founders original system. It exists no more under your "Constitution as is".

Here is the short of it Mr. Puissegur, Your Idea will never accomplish what the founders intended as the purpose of government, even if it had a chance to do that, ( which it does not ) it would take generations to accomplish, it has already wasted several. Our restoration will accomplish what yours never will upon the re-seating of our Confederate government.

I tell you what, Mr. Puissegur, You get your government to end the occupation of our Confederacy, and we will see which government prospers and which falters into a third world Tyranny. I venture, your Citizenry will be attempting to breach our boarders in search of Liberty in droves beyond the wildest dreams of the illegal alien exodus from Mexico.
