Some thoughts you may consider as we anticipate the Court’s decision tomorrow.
If the Court "expands" the Constitution past its origianl intent, fundementally changing this to Euro Union II can we leave? The Court has already deprived the State of Arizona from defending itself from a foreign invasion the federal government has refused to address. The President has threatened the border states with even more lax
enforcement if we follow Arizona….
If the federal government CANNOT do a job which is clearly within its purpose why stay in a Union that is changing in ways the majority of the people do not want.
