Disturbing Memorial Day services
From: XtianConfdrt@aol.com
Dear Chuck:
I attended Confederate Memorial Services yesterday (May 3) in Columbia, SC at the State House.
During the memorial services in which the names of South Carolinians who had died in the War were read, a white individual in a car going by the State House yelled "You lost–get over it." Another individual honked his horn and made obscene gestures.
I wonder if they would do the same in Mexico City or Tokyo if they were remembering their war dead??
Sincerely,
