Flags aren’t about hate, but instead about honoring soldiers

I am so upset at the likes of Arthur L. Dowdell (certainly not Rev. Dowdell, a minister would have never done what he did). He removed the Confederate flags that honor our state’s rights and soldiers’ graves.

He has no respect at all. I am sure that he did snap the flag in two. He stated it snapped itself. Come on, who do you think will believe that?

I am certainly grateful that he is not my city councilman.

I will be sure this makes statewide news so the public can see just how he has disrespected our state’s rights and the graves of the deceased soldiers. We are not about hate.

We just want to honor our state’s rights and the soldiers. If anyone is about hate, it is Dowdell.

Look what he did and what he stated in the newspaper … If he had his way, he would have broken the flags, stomped on them and burned them! He disgusts me. The grave plots are deeded property. The family has purchased this property so they should be able to put anything they want to on the grave.

This is not finished.
