Subject: Conversations with my Southern Babies: Civil Disobedience / An Open Letter and Report

Dear Ms. Lunelle,
On Wednesday evening, March 14, 2012, I would have the honor of meeting with a group of approximately 32 young Southern babies of which to my delight were equally Black and White. I must report that for the very first time, I would find myself basically at a lost for words as I listened to what they had to say:
"Mr. Hk, while we appreciate everything that you and other adults have tried to do over the years to defend our Flag and the honor and heritage of the Southern people before, during and after the War for Southern Independence. However, with all due respect, your generation has failed us miserably". We have watched in our estimation y’alls grandstanding on various occasions( South Carolina in January of 2000, and even recently in Lexington, Virginia). And in our estimation, thats all that it was, other than one big social event for y’all, as nothing was accomplished other than a lot of noise.
Even by your very own accountings on your website (www.southernheritage41),we as students in our own homeland face at the schoolhouse limited 1st Amendment Rights, and teachers who are granted by the judicial system that should protect those rights for us;implied immunity as they make a mockery of the very court case -Tinker vs the Demoine, Iowa School Board, to the very point of lying and even conjuring up stated conditions of disruptions of the school process because of the presence of the one symbol that identifies all of us (the Confederate Flag), Red, Yellow, Black and White who are Southern, and to boot whose ancestors freed or indentured made an honorable Stand under its charge.
Thereby, as God loving patriotic Americans, we believe that it is in step with what our ancestors would have believed; that the only recourse that we have is peaceful civil disobedience , or face what you and Mr. Lyons of the Southern Legal Resource Center have so deemed; "Southern Social and Cultural Genocide". May God bless you Sir, we are finished with this meeting. I would hang my head down in contemplation, hug them all, and accept the gracious donation of $100 they would present to me to keep up the charge of Stephen D.Lee, and the gracious ladies of the United Daughters of the Confederacy whose works with the Children of the Confederacy, and the Sam Davis Youth Camps that they believe has no equal in meeting the task to present them with an unbiased truthful education, and not one meant to divide and separate us.
