The National Executive Committee will meet on March 28th to decide if this flag will become the National Confederate POW Flag.  The South has never had a POW flag recognizing those who survived and those who did not survive those wretched camps.  We would appreciate your support.  Please e-mail CIC McMichael at cic@scv.org in support of this effort.
