Confederate heritage

So, according to you, we should never have another Oktoberfest because "some people" might be offended. Or, we should drop St. Patrick’s Day because "some people" might be offended. Or there should be no more Scottish Days because "some people" might be offended. There are always two sides to every coin and by celebrating one side, you might offend the other—too bad. If someone is offended by the sight of the Confederate flags, they have every right to avert their eyes and celebrate whatever flag they desire. So, if I’m offended by their flag—too bad. I too can avert my eyes. Thank you for your time.
