My comment to post with the Roanoke Times
Here is the comment which I posted with the Roanoke Times:
"James Webb, the former U.S. Secretary of the Navy, now the freshman U.S. Senator from the fine Commonwealth of Virginia, had this to say when he was U.S. Navy Secretary, "To tar the sacrifices of the Confederate soldier as simple acts of racism, and reduce the Battleflag under which he fought to nothing more than the symbol of a racist heritage, is one of the great blasphemies of the modern age." This was written by a man with an outstanding education, with great professional responsibility, with national political leadership, and who currently is a much better selling author than anyone at your newspaper! Please learn from him!"
Blessings to you, Brother!
