Subject: Are you going to challenge the Constitutionality of the Health Care Bill ?
Dear Attorney General Cooper,
I called your office this day to inquire as to whether or not you plan on joining with other States in challenging the Constitutionality of this HealthCare ‘bill’ ? I share the IDENTICAL concerns as do the Attorney Generals of these States &, in particular regard, to the Federal governments ‘ability’, under this ‘bill’ , to force me to but insurance!
That provision will be scrutinized by the IRS to insure that we are complying. That is another ‘invasion’ that is clearly beyond the authority of these Federals.
I do NOT believe the Commerce Clause within the US Constitution was ever intended for this purpose.
The ‘doors’ that this will open into which the Federals can now pass raises a plethora of questions and potential possibilities that, in my humble opinion, were NEVER intended for them to ever have.
Lastly, I would also like to know the economics of this ‘Bill’ and the impact it will have in my State of North Carolina.
What will be our share of the burden that the Federals will lay upon us that will directly effect each and everyone of us?
I have blind copied my brethren herein throughout the State of North Carolina, as well as providing them with your telephone number- 919-716-6400.
Upon receipt of your intentions, I will share them with our Citizens.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.

PS- Dear North Carolinians,
It is advisable that you contact Attorney General Cooper immediately and express your ‘concerns’ in order for him to ‘understand’ the merit of our position.
