Apparently "political correctness" has been taken to a ridiculous extreme, especially in academia, it seems.  It’s now just a matter of which group you wish to offend, and John Hopkins offended quite a crowd, me included. Shame those "academics" have yankee offensiveness instead of Southern manners like most old Marylanders.
