Richmond tourism ad celebrates city’s destruction

I recently received a Travel Magazine and was shocked to see an ad for the city of Richmond, Virginia hawking the city’s tourism which stated "The Path to Freedom Burned Through Richmond" and it featured a photo of the burning of Richmond after its evacuation by Confederate troops..
As a descendant of a Confederate soldier who died while defending the city, I am appalled that the city would celebrate its destruction. It definitely is a sad day in the Old Dominion.
