Northeast Alabama is a mountainous area void of negroes as there were no plantations or slaves in this area. The irony in this desegregation suit is, this area was pro – union during the Civil War with about a 50 / 50 split as was most of the Appalachain Mountain Region.
If very, very few blacks are here then where did the federal government expect them to get black teachers & students to correct a situation that is non – exsistant, pull blacks out of thin air ???? This is just futher proof on top of the many layers of proof that the federal government is out of touch with reality & has been for a long, long time.
All 50 states would be right if they chose to secede from this insanity.
