Dixie Outfitters of Madison Heights, Virginia Donates $500.00 to the National Civil War Chaplains’ Museum

On Saturday July 14, 2007 at the home of Dennis and Brenda Beeton, owners of the Dixie Outfitters in Madison Heights, Virginia, Dennis J. Beeton donated $500.00 to the National Civil War Chaplains’ Museum. The Museum, which is housed at Liberty University is dedicated to the Civil War Chaplains’ service. Pictured above at the event from left to right front row are Dennis J. Beeton-owner of Dixie Outfitters and Mr. Kenny Rowlette, Representative of the National Civil War Chaplains’ Museum and co-host of the fund raising dinner on May 11, 2007.

Second row from left to right are members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans of the Nelson Grays-Mr. Ronnie L. King, First Lt. Commander-David W. Ponton, Commander Nelson Grays, Tommy Austin-Appomattox Rangers Court House-Randy Parr-CEO Lynchburg Restoration, Inc. Mr. Parr’s organization was a major contributor to the Packet Boat Marshall Preservation Project.
